  • INSPECTION & TEST (RECEIVING), (IN PROCESS), (FINAL), (STATUS)
  • INSPECTION, MEASURING & TEST EQUIPMENT (CALIBRATION & CONTROL)
  • CONTROL OF NONCONFORMITY (ITEMS & CONDITIONS)
  • CONTROL OF NONCONFORMITY (INTERNAL AUDITS)
  • HANDLING, STORAGE, PACKING, PRESERVATION & DELIVERY
  • RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
  • MEASUREMENT & ANALYSIS (CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS)

AFTERNOON SESSION

Delegates will conduct a mock management review, using the Qualidoc I.M Happy Company (IMH) Management Review agenda:

A. QUALITY MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE (QMR) REPORT – STATUS OF QUALITY SYSTEM:

  • Results from internal audits
  • Corrective and preventive action (root cause analyses)
  • Regulatory, industrial and international standard compliance status
  • Customer complaints
  • Quality objectives

B. OTHER REPORTS FROM AUTHORITIES RESPONSIBLE FOR: PURCHASING, OPERATIONS, IT, CONTRACTS, DESIGN, FINANCE:

  • Actions resulting from risk assessment and management (including use of customer-required parts and services)
  • Cost of quality system
  • Benefits of quality system
  • Training
  • Customer satisfaction levels
  • Changes in processes and business strategies that could affect the quality system
  • Changes in the quality system that could affect processes and business strategies, e.g.,
    • current in-house capabilities and limitations (e.g., space, environment, staff)
    • processes or products that can be supported with existing resources  processes
    • products under IMH direct control requiring additional or changed resources
    • processes or products that may be outsourced; e.g., suppliers, suitably qualified jurisdictions

WHO SHOULD RESPOND

Academic institutions responsible for students in engineering, business management and development.

Employers responsible for apprentices in e.g., design, purchasing (supply chain), production.

Jean is a Quality Management Consultant with 27 years’ experience in international quality system development and document preparation for industry and service, including aerospace, marine freight forwarding, ship repair, IT voice and data communications, local government.
